Released on March 29th, 2024, the Dusk 'n Dawn EP is a definitive collaboration between Ra's Vertigo and owenonthebeat. The project serves as a masterclass in synergy, blending Owen’s signature atmospheric progressions with Ra's Vertigo’s innate ability to craft captivating, and deeply resonant songs. It stands as a true time capsule, depicting the peak capabilities of both artists at the moment of its creation.
The sonic identity of the tape was meticulously shaped through close collaboration with Tommie Rose. Spending countless studio sessions obsessing over the details focusing purely on creating unique auditory moments and textures that set the record apart from traditional releases. This dedication resulted in a soundscape that feels cohesive.
The birth of Dusk 'n Dawn occurred during the high-energy era of the Wallplug Vol. 1 sessions. This overlap naturally infused the EP with the collective’s collaborative spirit, featuring guest appearances from Tommie Rose and Tessa Rose. The project also highlights the technical depth of the Wallplug family, with recording and mixing credits from DYANGO, Tessa Rose, and Tommie Rose, ensuring a cohesive and polished product.
With this release, Ra's Vertigo proved his versatility as an artist, demonstrating his ability to build an entire immersive world alongside a single producer. The EP invites the listener into a landscape of entirely new sounds and experimental ideas, subtly enriched by clever interpolations of classic records with small nods for the true heads (ifykyk).

EP - Ra's Vertigo
ICARUS (2022) was the first project made by Ra’s Vertigo that was published by Wallplug. The project contains 5 songs with a different feel, energy and message, trying to convey a sense of familiarity while exploring new territory to find his own sound.
ICARUS became the start of his collaborations with Tommie Rose, who helped shape the sound and feel of the project.

After meeting each other at the first Wallplug show in november 2022, the members DYANGO, Tessa Rose & tays joined the vision to make a collective album. Working on the album throughout the year 2023 while getting to know each other and exploring their sonic palette.
